Mission
Our name is an acronym for our mission: Building Ocean Awareness Through Children, Adults and Marine education Professionals. Ashore inside our ocean education center and afloat aboard the Erica Lee, we provide high quality, meaningful marine and environmental education that connects kids, teachers and families to the sea through stories and positive experiences. We celebrate the diversity of local marine life and work to inspire sound stewardship of the Merrimack River estuary, coastal Plum Island and our home waters of the Gulf of Maine.
